The School of Ministry began in 2018 in Orlando, Florida with only 8 Deaf students in a face-to-face class. We were excited to help people grow in God’s Word and learn how to serve in ministry. As the need grew, more students joined, and the program began to expand.
In 2020, because of the virus, we moved our classes online using Zoom. This helped us reach even more Deaf students from many different places. For the past 5 years, we have continued to teach the School of Ministry online.
All of our classes are taught in American Sign Language (ASL) with clear visual teaching to help Deaf students learn and grow.
Our goal is to build up and empower the Deaf community through Bible teaching and ministry training. We believe every person has a purpose, and we are here to help students grow in their calling.
Pastor Brenda Flores had a vision for Deaf people to teach and lead other Deaf. She gave leadership of the school to Rev. Stephanie Fernandez, who helped build and guide the program in the beginning. Together, they worked as a team to support the students and the future of Deaf ministry.
Now, Rev. Stephanie Fernandez serves as the principal of the school. She has a passion to teach, encourage, and lead others as they follow God’s plan for their lives.
Many of our students have gone on to serve as teachers, leaders, and volunteers in their local churches. We continue to support our graduates as they grow in ministry.

What We Offer – Ministry Training Program
After completing the 3-year theology program, students can apply for an extra year of training in one of the following tracks: Pastoral Program Leadership Program This extra year helps students grow stronger in their calling and prepare for real-life ministry roles.
